Account Executive II - Technical Services
About the Role
We are adding an Account Executive to our growing Technical Services team in the Orlando, FL area. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the industry by providing consultative sales solutions to clients in the built environment. You will join a high-performing sales team with a strong combination of technical expertise, sales experience, and passion for innovation.
The team is supported by marketing professionals and sales support, enabling you to maximize client interactions and increase annual compensation. As part of a small, growing team, there will be many opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively pursue and secure new client relationships.
- Build solid relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the built environment.
- Deliver consultative sales solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations and share this knowledge with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets, including new customer acquisition.
- Alternatively, possess a personal network and purchasing experience from the buyers’ side within local government, K-12, higher education, or healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, or equivalent business experience.
- Knowledge of building infrastructure systems, facility management, and critical facilities such as data centers.
- Financial acumen.
- Deep understanding of the built environment and the challenges faced by clients.
- Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to continuously learn and grow.
Preferred: Personal network and purchasing or selling experience within local government, K-12, higher education, or healthcare.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750 per year plus sales commission. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may also be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
