ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - HYBRID - NEW ACCOUNTS

Standley Systems, founded in 1934, serves businesses across North Texas and Oklahoma through Print Technology Services and Managed Services. The company's mission is to empower organizations and their employees with technology tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue from new and existing clients by establishing strong relationships and credibility with key executives.
• Pursue and close business opportunities that leverage the company’s successes and maximize cross-selling opportunities into Managed Print Services (MPS) and other document management and ITS solutions.
• Become a trusted advisor on solutions that address client’s business challenges.
• Develop and implement account plans and strategies.
• Manage account services, customer service, and performance management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships that align with the company's core values.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Expand products and services within current customer accounts.
• Manage customer and prospect data in the company's database.
• Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Display leadership qualities such as problem-solving, negotiation, assessment, speaking/presentations, technical writing, listening, facilitation, project management, ability to influence, and management of billable work.
• Show customer service focus and strong teamwork skills.
• Leverage resources effectively (e.g., manufacturer reps, specialists, and technical staff).
• Drive positive business results.

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of two (2) years solutions / services sales and/or consulting experience
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Detailed orientated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Able to lift 15 lbs. at times
• Able to travel
• Able to pass drug and alcohol screen
