Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is hiring an energetic and charismatic Account Executive/Home Health Coordinator to join their award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
• Represent Trilogy at networking events and community functions
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient admissions
• Support census growth by executing effective marketing strategies

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma, some college preferred
• 1+ years marketing and sales experience, with the ability to develop sales strategies and achieve sales goals
• Excellent communication, ability to build relationships, problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel within the community and to special events
