Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients within the home health sector
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Present tailored solutions that meet client needs, emphasizing the value of our home health services
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and promotional materials
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize revenue while maintaining client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Lead technical sales presentations demonstrating the benefits of our solutions in a clear, compelling manner
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, healthcare regulations, and technological advancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or related industries such as technology sales or medical services
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer data
- Analytical skills to assess market data, client needs, and competitive landscape effectively
- Experience in marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and lead by example
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach through warm calling and networking efforts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
