About the role
Responsible for executing sales and marketing plans for an assigned territory to meet and exceed admission goals. This includes generating new referral source opportunities as well as maintaining and growing current referral sources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral source relationships within a competitive marketplace (e.g., hospitals, senior living, physicians, nurse practitioners, case managers).
- Present disease-specific Right Path Programs through the MPower sales process to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan for territory routing to create growth.
- Execute pre-call sales planning by analyzing data through Trella, competitor intelligence, referral source history trends, current state of referral sources, and routing plans to achieve individual and branch admission goals.
- Utilize current CRM (e.g., RSL) for sales call documentation, meeting monthly call thresholds.
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
- Organize and prepare territory reports assigned by the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in a timely manner.
- Create new business opportunities through community outreach and participate in ongoing assessment of community needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a health-related field preferred.
- Sales experience preferred.
