Then responsibilities (list). Then requirements/qualifications/skills (maybe combine). The posting includes "Role Essentials" and "What We'd Like to See". Those are qualifications/requirements/skills. Also "About Hyland" is company description, maybe not needed but could be part of "About the role"? Probably not needed; we can include as part of "About the role" or separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Role Essentials and What We'd Like to See), Skills (maybe separate). But we should avoid thin sections. Better to combine qualifications and skills into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Since we have both "Role Essentials" (experience, knowledge, proficiency, ability, communication) and "What We'd Like to See" (education, track record, experience selling into health systems, familiarity with HIPAA, self-motivated). Those are qualifications/skills. We could put them under "Requirements" as a list. We also have location: Remote, US. Work Arrangement: Remote. That could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "Schedule"? No schedule info. No pay/benefits info. So we should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because not present. We must not include boilerplate like Equal Opportunity Statement, About Hyland (maybe considered company overview but not required). The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove About Hyland and Equal Opportunity Statement. Also remove duplicated lines (the responsibilities appear twice? There's a first list under "Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do." and later a "Responsibilities" section with similar items. We need to preserve all substantive information but not duplicate. We should combine unique items. Let's extract substantive content: Overview description: "The Account Executive – Healthcare is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and partners within the healthcare vertical, with the objective of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. This role plays a critical part in driving enterprise-level revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities, building meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that address the unique challenges and needs of healthcare organizations." Also location: Remote, US. Work Arrangement: Remote. Responsibilities (unique items): From first list: - Develop and execute a comprehensive, strategic sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including the identification and prioritization of high-impact opportunities within the healthcare vertical for both existing and prospective customers or partners. - Proactively initiate and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders to build trust, expand business relationships, and leverage all available company resources to develop and sustain a strong pipeline. - Develop and communicate accurate, real-time sales forecasts while continuously refining account management strategies and the overall sales process to drive efficiency and results. - Partner with sales solution engineers to develop and deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to healthcare use cases; actively contribute to the preparation and presentation of those demonstrations. - Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, meaningful conversations, and customer visits or sales calls, ensuring data integrity and visibility across the organization. - Assess the viability of RFP requests within the healthcare space, directly influencing the quality of the response, and engage internal leadership to lead negotiations and drive complex deals to close on time and as forecasted. From second "Responsibilities" list (some duplicates, some extra): - Develop a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including the identification and prioritizing of opportunities for assigned moderate risk, moderate impact existing or potential customers or partners (similar to first but slightly different wording) - Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasting on a real-time basis (similar) - Pro-actively initiate contact with potential customers, customers and partners on a regular basis to develop, maintain and expand business relationships. (similar) - Collaborate with all available company resources to develop and maintain pipeline (similar) - Take proactive measures to streamline and constantly improve account management and the sales process (similar) - Partner with sales solution engineers in the development of software demonstrations for customers or potential customers; actively contribute and participate in software demonstration (similar) - Record all customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, meaningful conversations, customer visits or sales calls (similar) - Understanding of best practices and market trends, as well as customer and potential customers business and technical needs. (this is more a requirement) - Pursue opportunities for company expansion and integration (new) - Engage company specialist and support resources as needed to advance opportunities (new) - Assist with determining the viability of Request for Proposal (RFP) requests and directly influence the appropriate development of the response (similar) - Attend and actively contribute to trade shows; ensure customers or potential customers are participating in company marketing efforts to the best of their ability (new) - Develop the closing plan for accounts; engage internal leadership as necessary to help lead negotiation and contracting process to ensure deal is closed on time, as forecast (similar) - Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy (new) We need to deduplicate and keep unique substantive items. Let's compile a set of responsibilities (unique): 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive, strategic sales plan to meet or exceed quota, including identification and prioritization of high-impact opportunities within the healthcare vertical for existing and prospective customers/partners. 2. Proactively initiate and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and key stakeholders to build trust, expand business relationships, and leverage company resources to develop and sustain a strong pipeline. 3.
