About the role

Copado is seeking a high-performing Commercial Account Executive to join our team in Denver. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle and drive adoption of Agentia—our strategic AI + DevOps platform built for the Salesforce ecosystem. This is not a transactional SaaS sales role; you will run complex, strategic sales cycles, partnering with business and tech leaders to solve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across commercial accounts
  • Partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Run strategic discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders
  • Position Agentia as a critical platform for AI governance, compliance, and accelerated delivery
  • Drive urgency and executive alignment throughout the sales process
  • Forecast accurately and operate with high rigor and accountability
  • Become deeply knowledgeable in Salesforce, DevOps, AI workflows, and enterprise software delivery
  • Continuously improve through coaching, enablement, deal reviews, and collaboration with experienced SaaS operators

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience running full-cycle sales motions
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and deal management skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes
  • High activity levels paired with strong organizational rigor
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem, DevOps, AI, infrastructure, security, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
