About the role
Miner Account Executives represent the end user sales side of our business. We focus on providing proactive maintenance and industry-leading equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry, which reduces downtime for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services.
- Prospect new opportunities, develop meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conduct site surveys to focus equipment sales and improve customer operations.
- Act as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities.
- Sell Miner's services and products, translating return on investment into sales for the Company and gains for our customers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience.
- Expert communicator, able to speak the customers' language and translate what doesn't make sense into a sales opportunity.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge or previous experience in Dock/Door or Industrial sales is ideal.
- Willingness to be taught, hunger for learning, ambition to close the deal, and adaptability in evolving environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is ideal.
- A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment is required.

Pay
$60,000 - $80,000 per year plus commission
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
