Account Executive, Education
About the role
As an Account Executive, Education at CentralReach, you will work with our Education products (CR Assessments, CR LiftEd, SILAS, CR Institute) to run demos and close business. Your primary responsibility is to drive the full sales cycle, develop deep expertise in the CentralReach platform, and support the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle, continuously seeking creative strategies while leveraging our proven formula to attain new business
- Maintain accurate notes and feedback in Salesforce regarding customer input both wins and losses
- Clearly understand the challenges the client faces, including budget, timing, or bandwidth
- Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals leveraging a robust sales tech stack including Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and Gong
- Travel 20% or less, which may include client onsite and conferences
Requirements
- Proven success in a highly transactional, fast-moving sales cycle
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a consultative SaaS sales role with a track record of exceeding quota
- Experience with Salesforce
- An extreme hunger to be successful and do whatever it takes to win
- Experience in education is not necessary, but extremely helpful
- Thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
- Aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them
- Naturally curious and invest time and energy into learning more about the sales process, your prospects, and the solutions you're selling

Benefits
Base Salary Range: $85,000—$95,000 USD
