About HendrenAI
HendrenAI builds voice automation, AI agents, and large language model solutions purpose-built for the healthcare ecosystem. Our platform automates inbound and outbound workflows across pharmacy operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing, with deep integrations into pharmacy management systems (Liberty/RedSail) and leading EHR platforms (Epic, athenahealth). We operate on HIPAA-, SOC 2-, and HITECH-compliant infrastructure, and we sell into pharmacies, health systems, and pharmaceutical companies. We are scaling our commercial organization and hiring regional Account Executives to own and grow our pipeline across the country.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced enterprise seller to own the East Coast territory, covering the major healthcare and pharma corridors of Boston, New York, Philadelphia, the New Jersey pharma belt, the D.C. metro, and the Research Triangle. You know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare sales where clinical leadership, operations, IT/security, procurement, and executive sponsors all have a seat at the table. This is a full-cycle role. You’ll take qualified demo calls sourced by our SDR team, run a disciplined discovery and evaluation process, and carry deals all the way through to close with pharmacies, health systems, and pharma companies. You’re self-motivated, comfortable in ambiguity, and energized by the fact that what you close directly shapes the company’s trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for your region — from SDR-sourced demo calls through discovery, technical evaluation, security/compliance review, contracting, and close
- Partner closely with SDRs, converting their qualified demo calls into a healthy, well-qualified pipeline and providing feedback to sharpen targeting
- Sell into three buyer types — independent and chain pharmacies, health systems, and pharmaceutical companies — adapting your message to each
- Run a disciplined process that surfaces real operational pain, builds multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, and creates genuine urgency
- Serve as a category educator on voice AI and agentic automation in conversations with clinical, operations, IT, and executive buyers
- Hold your own with technical and security stakeholders on integration (Epic, athenahealth, Liberty/RedSail) and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, HITECH)
- Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy so the business can plan around your pipeline with confidence
- Relay market feedback from prospects to inform product roadmap, positioning, and competitive strategy
- Travel ~50% of the time to industry trade conferences and on-site customer meetings across the East Coast territory. Conferences and customer sites in this territory are concentrated and frequently accessible by short-haul flights or rail, supporting efficient in-person coverage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a track record of consistent quota attainment
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 3–6 month sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to convert qualified inbound/SDR-sourced demos into closed-won revenue
- Comfort navigating clinical, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders within a single deal
- Based within the Eastern United States (Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast corridors) and able to work effectively in a fully remote setting
- Willingness and ability to travel ~50% to trade conferences and customer sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into pharmacies, health systems, or pharmaceutical companies
- Familiarity with healthcare AI, voice automation, clinical workflow, prescribing, or pharmacy technology
- Understanding of how healthcare organizations evaluate third-party clinical infrastructure, including security, compliance, and integration review
- An existing network across healthcare and pharma buyers in the East Coast region
- Experience at an early-stage or growth-stage company where the playbook is still being refined
- Experience displacing an entrenched incumbent or replacing a manual/legacy process
Why HendrenAI
HendrenAI is bringing modern voice AI and agentic automation to a healthcare system still buried in manual phone and administrative work. You’ll join with a proven product, real integrations, and enterprise-grade compliance already in place — at a stage where your wins directly shape the company. You’ll have real ownership over your region, a voice in how the commercial motion evolves, and meaningful upside that comes from getting in early.
