Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Create and expand a network of clients.
  • Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer's quality of experience.
  • Create business from company generated leads as well as personally derived leads.
  • Advises clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan.
  • Determines viability of leads and potential.
  • Provides exemplary customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience of direct sales in real estate industry.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in real estate transactions.
  • Able to work in-person in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

Commutes to our Austin, TX office upon relocation.

Skills

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and lending processes.
