Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Create and expand a network of clients.
- Manage multiple leads and deals simultaneously without compromising the customer's quality of experience.
- Create business from company generated leads as well as personally derived leads.
- Advises clients on loan origination, closing and in the success of the loan.
- Determines viability of leads and potential.
- Provides exemplary customer service.
Requirements
- Experience of direct sales in real estate industry.
- Experience using a CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate transactions.
- Able to work in-person in Austin, TX.
Qualifications
Commutes to our Austin, TX office upon relocation.
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and lending processes.
