About the role
Outside sales at Steno is a land-and-expand opportunity where you build and own your book of business from day one, develop long-term client relationships with law firms in your market, acquire and expand accounts thoughtfully over time with a dedicated marketing budget, drive recurring revenue in a predictable model with great product-market fit, and increase earnings as your book of business grows.

Requirements
- 3–5 years outside sales experience
- The ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts
- Thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles
- Experience with CRM tools

- Salary: $85k-$100k
- Commission: 5% on Steno revenue from completed jobs
- Example: a rep with a $2m book of business earns $100,000 in annual commission
- Expected first-year OTE: $125k - $150k+
- Potential second-year OTE: $165k - $200k+
- Potential third-year OTE: $175k - $275k+
