About the role

Our Account Executive team is composed of highly driven, curious individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps for leading brands. Using the Qualtrics Experience Management SaaS platform, you’ll build deep, strategic relationships while hunting for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibits strong curiosity and coachability, eager to learn new skills and deepen knowledge through active questioning and collaboration.
  • Demonstrates grit, work ethic, and motor to proactively pursue goals and drive impact.
  • Effectively balances relationship-building with an ability to hunt and discover new business within a large book of accounts, currently managing 30-35 clients.
  • Business acumen with capability to understand client structures and dynamics, acting as a culture and team builder.
  • Strong communicator who influences and builds trust across stakeholders at multiple levels.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt, with examples of overcoming skill gaps through manager collaboration.
  • 3 years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota; candidates with Presidents Club or equivalent achievements preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel 1-3 times per quarter for client meetings.

Qualifications

  • On-the-job experience with Qualtrics Experience Management SaaS platform.
  • Experience in a sales or account executive role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry and experience in healthcare-related sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

  • Salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

  • Hybrid work model: three days in the office, four days remote.
