Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your personal creator network to identify and recruit high-potential creators who align with Passes' values and audience.
  • Tap into entertainment, lifestyle, and media connections to surface talent not accessible through conventional channels.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective creators through social media, industry events, and direct first-person outreach.
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies rooted in your own experience as a creator and knowledge of what drives platform success.
  • Guide new creators through onboarding using firsthand knowledge of creator platforms, paywall mechanics, and content monetization.
  • Serve as a credible peer, not just a salesperson, helping creators feel confident and supported from day one.
  • Collaborate with Creator Success and Creator Support teams to ensure seamless platform integration.
  • Build authentic, trust-based relationships with creators by speaking their language and understanding their world.
  • Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback, celebrate milestones, and proactively address any concerns.
  • Serve as a community ambassador, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty among creators on the platform.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of creator monetization trends, competitive platforms, and emerging talent in the entertainment and media landscape.
  • Identify new creator verticals and acquisition opportunities based on firsthand industry knowledge.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust outreach strategies to consistently hit and exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Personal experience as a content creator or influencer, including monetizing content through subscription or paywall-based platforms.
  • A genuine first-person network of creators in entertainment, lifestyle, or media who would thrive on Passes.
  • Familiarity with creator platforms from the creator's perspective, ideally including experience on competitor platforms.
  • Proven track record in sales, talent acquisition, or business development with demonstrated results.
  • Competitive, hustle-driven mentality with a bias for action and a relentless drive to hit goals.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and what makes creators choose one platform over another.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect authentically with diverse creator personalities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; you don't need to be told twice.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard business tools.

Pay

$70,000 to $100,000 per year DOE, competitive base + commission

Schedule

Full-time, not remote
