About Abode Money

Abode Money is the first-ever AI financial home manager, using AI to save homeowners on property taxes, insurance, mortgage and more. Homeowners spend $2T+ per year on their home. Not only is it difficult to buy a home today, but it’s become just as challenging to continue owning your home. We’re going to be the first to create a relationship with 80M+ homeowners in the US by saving them money year after year. We’ve raised $23M from Permanent Capital, Drive Capital, Sequoia, Core VC and The 81 Collection.

Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated Account Executive (Contract) who can create value for real estate investors and property developers by connecting them with Abode Money’s service. You will drive growth by cultivating relationships, identifying prospects, and closing new business with high-value clients who manage multiple properties. You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and can build trust quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Pipeline: Cultivate and manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to close.
  • Communicate the Value Prop: Effectively communicate Abode Money's value proposition to multi-property clients, from developers and real estate investors to families with a second home.
  • Tailor Solutions: Identify pain points for clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Deliver Seamless Onboarding: Coordinate with the support team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy and execution.
  • Adapt and Iterate: Adapt quickly to market feedback and iterate on sales tactics for continuous improvement.

  • You are tech-savvy, comfortable using AI tools and sales platforms to increase your efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • You’re in Austin or willing to relocate.
  • We’re in-person 4 days a week.
  • 1-3 years of sales or account executive experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or real estate.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools.
