Account Executive – Commercial Lines

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing commercial accounts within the insurance sector. This includes developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
• Understand and analyze market trends to identify potential new business opportunities
• Present insurance solutions that align with client goals and budget constraints
• Manage account portfolios and ensure compliance with insurance regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive coverage options

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Pay

• Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
