About the role

Our Commercial Account Executive team is seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Green Bay, WI, Jacksonville, IL, Princeton, IL, Champaign, IL, and Downers Grove, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and account management, with a passion for commercial insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial insurance market.
• Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients based on their specific needs and risk profiles.
• Manage client accounts through all stages of the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive commercial insurance solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
