What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Craft and execute a strategic sales plan, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals.
- Work closely with Verint’s presales team to actively manage the full sales cycle.
- Engage with key decision-makers to demonstrate the transformative power of Verint’s solutions.
- Create and execute a regional sales plan, including prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity closure.
- Qualify and manage leads through the full sales cycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing to capitalize on campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Educate prospects on the benefits of Verint’s solutions and how they can enhance their customer experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience selling complex B2B software products.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in prospecting and leveraging tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Demonstrated success using a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, especially technical CXOs and VPs.
- A consistent history of overachievement, with a demonstrated ability to achieve multi-year quotas.
- An accountable team player with a tenacious drive to win.
- A college or university degree in technical disciplines or backgrounds preferred.
- Experience with MEDDDPIC to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
