Account Executive/Broker- Small and Medium Enterprise
About the role
Aon is a leader in the Insuretech space and seeks an Account Executive/Broker to contribute to its strategic direction. This role involves engaging with existing clients and prospects to ensure appropriate coverage and recommending additional solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming tasks for your assigned book of business
- Display customer service skills through high-quality customer interactions
- Showcase adaptability as you present additional products to existing customers
- Collaborate with external partners and your assigned client service team members to coordinate and develop sales and retention strategies
- Match and exceed company revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, and new business
- Expand knowledge through daily training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Property and Casualty license
- Commercial Insurance experience (2-3 years)
- Experience in broking and placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients
- Ability to advise, recommend and explain P&C products to meet client's insurance needs
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency and comfort with the Microsoft Office Suite products, GSuite, Salesforce experience a plus

Pay
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
Schedule
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
