About the role
Manages day-to-day account relationships, supports strategy development and execution to retain and grow accounts, and develops strong relationships with internal partners to align with customer objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains strategic business plans reflecting customer business objectives.
- Supports operational, financial, network, clinical, and relationship initiatives.
- Maintains service level agreements, claims accuracy, and rate maximization.
- Maintains account satisfaction and ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinates customer audits and prepares reports.
- Analyzes data and develops executive summaries for presentations.

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary range: $83,890 - $142,610, with actual pay adjusted based on individual qualifications and experience.
