Account Executive (B2B)

What You'll Do

• Possess the ability to prospect and develop leads.
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, pitching, and closing deals.
• Target decision-makers at mid-market companies across various verticals.
• Expand your book of business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry presence.
• Develop and execute your own outbound strategy using digital, phone, and in-person channels.
• Represent TLNT and Spin at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client success and drive repeat business.

What You Need

• 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
• Proven hunter with a track record of developing their pipeline and results via outbound sales.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, professional services, agency, SaaS - preferred but not required.
• A track record of closing six-figure deals and hitting quota.
• Confidence and credibility in front of executives at all levels.
• Self-directed and organized - manages time, follows up without being nudged, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM, and updates it daily.
• Coachability, curiosity, and genuine motivation by earning success.
