Account Executive- Automotive Software Sales
Position Summary
Dealer-FX is redefining dealership service operations, leveraging Snap-on's scale, data, and industry leadership. As part of Snap-on, one of the most trusted names in automotive service, Dealer-FX combines modern SaaS innovation with decades of repair, parts, and diagnostic expertise. We're transforming how dealerships and customers engage throughout the service experience. We're growing rapidly and seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales objectives from new prospects and existing customers
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through closure
- Achieve daily activity KPI metrics through various sales channels
- Maintain high levels of customer-focused activity and present virtual presentations
- Create relationships with automotive OEM partner field teams
- Assist with post-sale deployment and provide support as needed
- Document all customer-focused activity and interactions in the CRM
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required (based on experience)
- Automotive industry experience, especially in software sales
- Proven ability to achieve quota-achieving results through outbound sales efforts
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (day and overnight)

$80,000 USD/year base salary plus uncapped commission
