Position Summary

Dealer-FX is redefining dealership service operations with Snap-on's scale, data, and industry leadership. This role is a true hunter position within Snap-on, the trusted name in automotive service. Combining modern SaaS innovation with decades of repair, parts, and diagnostic expertise, we're transforming how dealerships and customers engage throughout the service experience.

About the role

This role is a true hunter position with success coming from a candidate who has exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. You'll be traveling up to 50% of your time to dealers in your specified territory.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives from new prospects and existing customers
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting through closure
  • Achie daily activity KPI metrics through phone, email, text, and/or on-site sales calls
  • Work in concert with management to close sales
  • Maintain a high level of customer-focused activity, present virtual presentations via Zoom
  • Create relationships with our automotive OEM partner field teams
  • Be engaged in post-sale deployment and assist where and if needed
  • Document all customer-focused activity and interactions in the CRM

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience

College degree desired but not required (based on experience)

Automotive industry experience, ideally in software sales

Ability to prove quantifiable quota-achieving results through outbound sales efforts

Ability to consistently achieve KPI metrics

Hardworking and persuasive communicator

Experience in phone-heavy sales efforts such as inside sales or business development

Ability to travel up to 50% (day and overnight) when necessary

Strong organizational skills

Pay

$80,000 USD/year base salary plus uncapped commission

On-target earnings: $220,000 USD/year

(Including Base)

Flexible schedule to accommodate travel requirements

Day and overnight travel as necessary
