About the role
The Enterprise Sales team at Instabase is expanding to help the Fortune 500 push their pace of innovation by challenging ordinary thinking. This team is responsible for identifying unique customer challenges, proving Instabase's value, and collaborating with internal resources to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Proactively work to break into net-new logos in your assigned territory
- Foster new business initiatives with target accounts and act as their internal advocate
- Strategically define value and specific business outcomes that Instabase will help deliver
- Collaboratively work alongside internal resources, partners, team members and your manager to be successful
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Requirements
- 5+ years of Enterprise B2B closing experience (FS&I accounts preferred)
- You're excellent in pipeline generation & are meticulous in planning and preparation
- You're driven to win and are motivated to hit and exceed quota attainment YoY
- You're high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally
- You're strong in navigating an enterprise and developing key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
- You provide valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations
- You have a research and data-driven approach to account planning
- You proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions
- You are a self-starter who is invested in the success of the team, able to work in a start-up environment

- Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $157,000+ commission, equity, and US benefits
