Account Executive

About the role

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated and self-driven sales professional to join its growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want to be in control of their time and income.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Education business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Closing deals and earning activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Working independently with full support and training

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality
