Work Environment
- Fully onsite, office-based role (5 days a week)
- Fast-paced, collaborative sales floor environment
- Daily in-person interaction with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Day In The Life
- Account Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
- Pipeline Management: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales KPIs and deliver regular performance updates
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Team Building: Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members
Who You Are
- 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record in SMB markets and sales
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of SMB challenges and needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able and committed to working onsite in the office five days a week

Salary Range
Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 OTE with a 50/50 base/commission in Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
