About the role
The Account Executive role plays a pivotal part in driving WeShare's mission to provide individuals, families, and businesses with the right healthcare solutions. This role is focused on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals to help clients save money on their healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture leads using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Answer incoming leads and follow up promptly via phone, email, and text to guide them through the sales process.
- Conduct outbound outreach to warm leads provided by the marketing team to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a residual book of business through excellent client relationship management and follow-ups.
- Closely manage sales opportunities by effectively communicating product benefits and resolving objections.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by effectively managing your pipeline and time.
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare market trends, UHSM’s product offerings, and competitor activity to position our solutions effectively.
- Utilize and master high-tech tools such as Salesforce CRM, telephony solutions, and sales engagement platforms to track activity and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a consultative or solution-based selling environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Able to work in our Orange, CA office location.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products, CRMs and sales enablement tools.
- A self-starter with initiative and passion for helping people while focusing on clients' needs.
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to take direction – trainable, coachable, constant learner.
