Responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead a discovery-driven, value-based enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through close and expansion.
- Engage CFOs, Internal Audit Executives, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders to uncover pain points and position Trullion as a strategic solution.
- Translate complex finance and accounting workflows into clear business value, partnering with Solutions Consulting on tailored demos.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups and build consensus across the Office of the CFO.
- Partner with Sales Development to build, qualify, and progress a high-quality pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Alliances, Product, and Solutions Consulting to drive deal success and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, selling into senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers).
- Proven track record selling into enterprise organizations (top 2,000 or equivalent).
- Experience running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong).
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to position complex solutions clearly.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office on a hybrid schedule. Willingness to travel.
Benefits
Trullion's US OTE salary range for this full-time position is $200,000-300,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
