Who You Are
- The Industry Expert: 5–10 years of business experience with a mandatory background in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or point solutions.
- Data-Driven: Possess a Bachelor’s degree and ability to use financial data to inform strategic sales decisions.
- High-Achiever: Multitasker capable of allocating resources to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
- Polished Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Salesforce.

Pay
Base salary of $80,000 – $100,000, based on experience, plus uncapped commissions, sales kickers, and bonus. OTE $110,000 - $150,000.
Schedule
This is a high-impact role with meaningful upside for driven, results-oriented sales professionals. Travel associated with this role includes supporting field-based sales efforts and client meetings.
