Agency TMA Job Function Account Management and Growth Job Subfunction Sales and Client Operations Job Description Job Overview: TMA is looking for an experienced Account Executive with expertise in integrated brand marketing to join our agency in Chicago or Dallas (hybrid). The Account Executive will be the critical link on our growing Army National Guard Account team. The Account Executive is the glue that holds the account team together – juggling multiple projects at once while ensuring deliverables are met and budgets maintained. Part creative, part project manager, this account role is ultimately a problem solver at heart that keeps everything running smoothly. About You You are a brand steward. You live to give brands voice and relevance and bring them to life through integrated marketing disciplines. You’re detail-oriented and spin plates like a pro while keeping an eye on the big picture. You communicate a vision and guide the players who bring it to life. You generate ideas and excel at problem-solving. Responsibilities Act as day-to-day contact for key client team members, internal teams, and agency partnersParticipate in client planning and develop strategies that bring client objectives to lifeInterpret critical insights and research that will drive agency creative effortsCraft the creative briefs and reporting that communicate client objectives and directions to internal team membersInteract with Project Manager(s) and other key internal/external players to develop and maintain timelines and budgetsParticipate in client presentations and client POVsMobilize and motivate internal and external teams to bring client objectives to life while ensuring collaboration, communication, trust, efficiency and quality of the workManage client budgetsIdentifying potential project risks and developing contingency plansMeasurement and insights Qualifications Integrated brand marketing experienceAt least 2 years of client facing / account management experience in an agency environment, ideally within the business-to-consumer service industry spaceExceptional management, communication and diplomacy skillsAbility to develop excellent working relationship with all internal and external agency partnersHas a dedicated work ethic and displays a thorough attention to detailDemonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and to deliver projects on schedule, on brand, and on budgetAbility to work proactively and autonomously in critical situationsComputer proficiency including Microsoft suite of products Chicago: $60,000 - $65,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
