About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves prospecting and closing net new business opportunities while expanding strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain healthy qualified pipeline coverage by focusing on Tive’s defined ICP.
  • Possess a strong hunter mentality, capable of developing 100% of pipeline via outbound lead generation.
  • Have supply chain and logistics sales experience, highly preferred.
  • Show evidence of top-tier attainment performance in past roles.
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in developing your own qualified pipeline through cold calling and prospecting.
  • Experience running an enterprise sales process in a complex sales cycle.
  • Experience with an enterprise-grade sales methodology such as Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, MEDDPICC, etc., strongly preferred.
  • Navigate and work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Be motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be comfortable working in an environment where change is constant.
  • Be organized and a self-starter.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle (prospecting to close) sales experience with B2B.
