About the role

Teero is a $160B+ dental industry company fixing outdated processes with an AI-native platform. We're expanding our staffing platform to dental offices across the country. As an Account Executive, you'll reach out to new prospects, understand their needs, and book meetings to demonstrate our product.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new prospects to introduce our staffing platform product
  • Understand each office's pain points and qualify them for deeper sales conversations
  • Book and queue meetings with qualified, engaged prospects
  • Build and refine outreach playbooks—sequences, talk tracks, objection handling—that make the whole team better
  • Use AI-powered tools to prioritize outreach and personalize your approach at scale
  • Partner with operations and product teams to sharpen our understanding of what offices need
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback

Requirements

  • A track record of winning—this shouldn't be your first job, but we care far more about your drive than your years of experience
  • You love the phones. Not tolerate—love. You're energized by conversations and unfazed by rejection
  • Exceptional communication skills: you can explain complex products simply and build trust fast
  • Naturally curious—you ask great questions and genuinely want to understand the customer's world
  • Self-motivated and competitive: you set your own pace and it's faster than everyone else's
  • Organized and disciplined with your pipeline—you follow up relentlessly and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

  • Experience selling into healthcare or dental practices
  • Familiarity with staffing software, revenue cycle management, medical billing, or insurance claims
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales automation

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
