Account Executive
About the role
This Account Executive position reports to the Business Director and plays a key role in managing campaign workflows, team resources, and internal collaboration within TBWA\Chiat\Day.
Responsibilities
- Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules and strategically plan internal workflow to meet deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents.
- Oversee team resource utilization, ensuring coverage for all scoped projects, team absences, and flagging needs for additional resources.
- Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members for meetings and campaign milestones.
- Capture and share meeting notes and recaps after all internal team meetings.
- Book meeting rooms, order catering, and plan logistics (e.g., whiteboards, room setup).
- Maintain and organize the team OneDrive, including campaign documents, final deliverables, and notes.
- Send a weekly "Weekly Wrap" email summarizing achievements and upcoming priorities.
- Alert Business counterpart to issues that may impact campaign schedules or client deadlines.

- 2+ years of related experience.

Location
Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to New York City within the first 60 days of employment.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000, varying by geographic location and experience. Additional compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.

Schedule
Omnicom policy requires employees to work in the office a minimum of three days per week, with potential for additional in-office days as directed by the agency or manager.
