About the role
Reports to: Business Director
Responsibilities
- Work with Business team counterparts to build campaign schedules and strategically plan internal workflow to meet campaign deadlines.
- Manage day-to-day workflow, including planning daily meetings, Teams channels, and internal status documents.
- Oversee utilization of team resources, ensuring coverage is secured for all scoped projects, team out-of-office, and flagging the need for additional resources when necessary.
- Collaborate with Business counterpart to secure the right internal team members in all meetings to achieve the goal of the meeting or campaign milestone.
- Capture meeting notes and share meeting recaps after all internal team meetings.
- Book meeting rooms, order catering, and plan logistics of meetings (whiteboards, pinning work, dressing the room).
- Master the team OneDrive, leading organization and storage of all campaign documents, final deliverable files, and notes.
- Send end-of-week ‘Weekly Wrap’ email to the internal team, reflecting on the achievements of the previous week and a look at what’s ahead the following week.
- Responsible for alerting Business counterpart when there is an issue that may impact the overall campaign schedule and client deadlines.

- 2+ years of related experience.
- Collaborative and does not work in silos.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with an eye on the next step.
- Ability to work well with different personalities and backgrounds.
- Can keep calm through stressful situations.

Pay
$65,000 - $75,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. The objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many agencies already require five days of in-office attendance.
