On-siteBusiness DevelopmentPart-time
Position Overview
This is a pioneer role and the company's first-ever dedicated sales hire for their Specialty Graphics division, which has already grown to a $1.5 million revenue line through part-time effort alone. The Account Executive will have real ownership of the sales function, building it from the ground up with direct access to company principals, a strong market reputation, and warm introductions to established client relationships. The scope ranges from single-project wins to multi-year, multi-million dollar RFPs with major national accounts, and the long-term growth path is significant as the company continues to expand into new markets.
Position Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the Specialty Graphics division through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with printers and large national out-of-home advertising firms who refer and subcontract installation work.
- Manage a sales cycle that spans single-day projects to multi-year, multi-million dollar RFPs with major national accounts.
- Work closely with operations and specialty graphics teams to scope jobs accurately and ensure seamless handoff and execution on every project sold.
- Represent the company at industry events and in the field, building the long-term reputation and relationships that convert into contract-level business.
- Help lay the groundwork for expansion into new markets, including an upcoming launch in Denver.
Required Position Qualifications
- A proven track record of building new business from scratch, with demonstrated success managing a complex, relationship-driven sales cycle in the out-of-home or print installation space.
- Direct experience on the installation or labor side of the OOH or print industry. Operational fluency in how installation works is essential from day one, not something learned on the job.
- A self-directed, hunter mindset with the ability to manage an independent pipeline and schedule with minimal oversight.
- Based in or willing to commute to the Los Angeles area, with comfort working in the field and flexibility for occasional evening or weekend availability as client and project needs require.
- A long-term orientation, with genuine interest in growing a career inside a stable, well-established company rather than treating this as a short-term move.
PREFERRED
- Existing relationships with major OOH firms such as Outfront Media, JCDecaux, or Clear Channel, and/or with commercial printers who subcontract installation work.
- Familiarity with specialty graphics installs involving curved, textured, or non-flat surfaces.
