About the role
SOCi is seeking Account Executives with experience selling into multi-location brands to drive new business growth. Key responsibilities include generating business plans, identifying new business opportunities, prospecting, selling, representing SOCi at industry events, and managing sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Generate business plans to define strategies and tactics
- Identify new sources of business
- Prospect and sell opportunities into multi-location brands
- Represent SOCi at top industry and vertical events
- Be a subject matter expert on the value and benefits of localized marketing at scale and how SOCi can support their needs
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new and existing customers
- Stay updated on new company technologies and services to maintain a competitive advantage
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline as well as projected contract closing dates
- Build compelling cases for prospective clients, developing relationships with high-level decision-makers, and making presentations to close business
- Solve problems creatively with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
- Understand and apply industry issues to advance SOCi's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace
Requirements
- Remote opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
- At least 3 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in MarTech
- Proven ability to hit or exceed sales quotas
- Experience with multi-location brands and existing industry contacts/relationships preferred
- Self-starter with a creative entrepreneurial spirit
- Refined and proven sales methodology
- Creative strategist; develop new ways to drive sales and value to existing and prospective clients
- Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Creative problem solver with the ability to understand and resolve prospective client challenges/objections
- Adaptable; able to quickly learn new technologies and processes
- Experience selling cutting-edge, disruptive technology to top decision-makers at the enterprise level
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Willingness to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of multi-location branding and marketing trends
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
