Position Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Account (Sales) Executive to drive new logo acquisition and long-term client growth. This is a hunter role for a proven seller who wants to close deals, leverage support resources for successful execution & growth, and stay connected to the clients they win.
Essential Functions
- Close new logo business from targeted shippers
- Own and grow the accounts you secure, driving retention and expansion
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close
- Partner with Account Management, Operations, and shared services to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Education and/or Experience
- 5-7+ years of successful sales experience in value-based 3PL Truckload & Multi-modal services
- Proven track record of closing new business and exceeding sales goals
- Strong consultative selling and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work across departments and roles
- Solid industry knowledge including customer needs and competitive landscape
- Experience growing accounts post-sale
Position Details
- Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and commission plan.
- Ranges: $100,000 TO $150,000 plus commission
- Work Location: Sheer’s Chicago or Atlanta office.
- Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This role is mostly office based with travel required as needed.

The pay range for this role is:
- 100,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Chicago)
- 100,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Atlanta)
