About the role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, driving sales through strategic account planning and execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform account strategies
  • Present proposals and conduct presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of account strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
