About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our GTM – Sales team in Kansas City. This is a full-time, hybrid position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Present solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B technology or software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
