Overview
The Account Executive supports the day-to-day management of assigned accounts and plays a key role in helping teams deliver projects on time, on budget, and with excellence. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in healthcare advertising.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple workstreams
- Assist in managing project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and other account documentation
- Partner with internal teams including Creative, Strategy, Project Management, Production, and Finance to keep projects moving forward
- Participate in client meetings and help ensure follow-up items are captured and completed
- Monitor project budgets, estimates, and billing processes alongside account leadership
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, brands, and marketplace dynamics
- Help maintain clear communication between clients, agency teams, and external partners
- Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials
Requirements
- Internship experience or up to 1 year of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, healthcare, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a client services/account management career path
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
