Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to help clients understand the value of Revelio Labs' solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management team.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and client challenges to tailor your approach and messaging.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and create feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the HR Tech, SaaS, or data analytics industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on value-based selling.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Location
Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.
