Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with customers in targeted market segments.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with technical, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven success generating revenue and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in candle manufacturing, wax products, packaging, personal care, specialty chemicals, or related industries preferred.
  • Existing industry contacts and relationships are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
