Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with customers in targeted market segments.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with technical, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to deliver customer solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven success generating revenue and developing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in candle manufacturing, wax products, packaging, personal care, specialty chemicals, or related industries preferred.
- Existing industry contacts and relationships are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
