Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day account management for various clients, ensuring that tactical elements are executed on time and within budget.
- Lead all aspects of assigned projects, always able to explain the status, timing implications and budget implications at each step.
- Become a subject matter expert in the client’s business.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams – Strategy, Creative, Production - to coordinate each step of a project from initiation to close.
- Manage various elements of production across TV, radio, print, digital and social channels.
- Manage creative briefs, work orders, schedules and estimates to ensure project success for assigned accounts.
- Cook up client calls, presentations, briefings and status calls.
- Support the Account Supervisor or Account Director to develop and communicate marketing plans for the clients.
- Attend client events, as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 2-4 years of agency or client-based account management experience.
- Specific disciplines could include communications, marketing, and public relations. Sports, sport betting or gaming specific experience preferred/is a plus.
- Ability to manage the development and implementation of communications and marketing strategy on behalf of client or company.
- Experience working with agency partners.
- Superior client relationship/service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and organize asset databases.
- Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups.
- Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Docs, and Monday.com a plus.
