About the role

The expectation is that the AE is master of coordination, demonstrating high potential in core Business Leadership skills. You will understand the agency portfolio of offerings and how to apply them to solve client business problems. Partners and owns the relationship with clients at the most mid-jr. levels. Is an Agency driver that works to keep the agency operations moving along.

Requirements

  • Master of coordination and high potential in core Business Leadership skills
  • Understanding of agency portfolio and ability to apply it to solve client business problems
  • Experience working with clients at mid-jr. levels
  • Ability to drive agency operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $60,000
  • Flexible work schedule with a minimum of 3 in-office days per week, increasing to 5 days over time
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

Pay

Dallas: $55,000 - $60,000

Schedule

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
