Account Executive

El Dorado Broadcasters is the High Desert’s largest media company. Along with the area’s most listened-to radio stations, we promote the High Desert’s premier family events and deliver digital marketing solutions (online advertising) for clients across the country.

About the role

Marketing Account Managers work with business owners, managers, and advertising agencies, driving campaigns across our platform. El Dorado’s most successful Marketing Account Managers are goal-driven, outgoing, energetic, and positive thinkers who want to earn what they’re worth. Compensation provides the security of a competitive salary with incentives that generously reward performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage current client campaigns
• Identify and contact new potential clients
• Work directly with area decision-makers to help them understand how El Dorado can grow their business
• Deliver customized solutions to meet clients’ needs

Requirements

• Drive to succeed and excellent oral/written communication skills
• Outgoing personality and good organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Background in media sales is helpful but not required (training provided for the right candidate)
• Bilingual is a plus
• Dependable transportation, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
