You carry a $200,000 to $280,000 OTE, own your book from first touch to close, and build the enterprise playbook next to the founders. If the company scales the way the team expects, this seat grows into leadership. For now, the job is winning deals. The companyEmpwr.ai is the AI Program Manager for cross-functional engineering programs. It listens across the meetings, tickets, and tools where work happens and captures the coordination context those tools miss, so leaders can act on a risk before it becomes a delay. Customers run mission-critical programs in automotive and industrials, where a coordination failure turns into a recall or a missed launch. The founding team built enterprise execution software at Microsoft, Atlassian, and Meta, and live accounts already include Tier 1 suppliers and industrial manufacturers. The roleYou carry your own pipeline and own the full cycle, working out of the Seattle HQ. Sitting with the founders, you learn the product from the inside and turn its technical depth into outcomes an enterprise buyer cares about. The in-person time is the point at this stage, which is why the seat is based in Seattle. Who you areYou are a full-cycle seller with three to six years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, comfortable prospecting, running discovery, demoing, and closing before anyone hands you a playbook. You work with AI natively in your day, Empwr.ai included. Selling into automotive, industrial, or manufacturing is a strong plus, and so is a zero-to-one company in your past. You are Seattle-based or willing to relocate.
