You will manage the full sales cycle for large-scale institutions while simultaneously designing the repeatable GTM playbook, pricing strategies, and territory models that will define the company’s future growth. Location New York, USA Why this role is remarkable Join as the first dedicated enterprise seller at a profitable, well-funded startup with massive market traction and proven product-market fit.Sell a category-defining, AI-native platform that has already demonstrated 60%+ margins in a traditionally low-margin, legacy-heavy financial sector.Work directly with the executive leadership team to shape the product roadmap and build the company's enterprise GTM foundation from scratch. What You Will Do Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to navigating complex technical, legal, and procurement stakeholders.Build the foundational GTM playbook, including ICP definition, territory strategy, and the repeatable sales processes for future hires to follow.Represent the company at major industry events and collaborate with product teams to translate field feedback into high-impact product features. The ideal candidate 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing high-value, mission-critical software deals.Experience building GTM motions from scratch in "zero-to-one" environments, demonstrating a proactive builder’s mindset rather than just following a script.High technical literacy with the ability to lead deep-dive discussions on integrations, data flows, and security without constant engineering support.
