Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly revenue targets via a combination of inbound leads and individuals prospecting/hunting.
- Sell digital advertising and software solutions to real estate professionals nationwide.
- Diligently and aggressively follow up with all leads, overcome objections to drive through the full sales cycle.
- Effectively demonstrate the value of Market Leader’s products via written communication (email/text), phone calls, online demos and presentations to individuals and occasionally teams.
- Create an effective handoff to Market Leader’s Onboarding and Customer Success teams to complete a great customer experience.
- Consistently look for new ways to grow and develop both professionally and personally.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, key players, and the general US real estate economy.
Requirements
- Sales experience in B2B/B2C or Service/Hospitality industry preferred
- High degree of personal accountability and standards
- Team player who is willing to learn and looking to grow their sales career
- Active listener, great communicator, and the ability to present if needed
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to thrive working remotely
- Strong time management and discipline
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a sales role

Pay
- Base Salary: $41,600 + Uncapped Commission!
- Commission Rate(s) on Commissionable Revenue: Commission will be calculated using the following commission rates. Commission will be calculated using the following commission rates.
- Commissionable Revenue Levels Commission Rate for all Commissionable Revenue until Monthly Quota is achieved Multiplier:: 25% Commissionable Revenue Levels Commission Rate for Commissionable Revenue from Monthly Quota and above Multiplier: 60%
- Additional Commission Opportunities And Bonuses Each month, Account Executives can earn additional compensation by achieving certain goals and/or benchmarks: Monthly MRR Bonuses. Employee is eligible for monthly bonuses in the amounts set out below for reaching each of five Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) benchmarks set out below: Achieve $4,500 MRR or in excess of $4,500 - receive a $500 bonus Achieve $5,000 MRR or in excess of $5,000 - receive a $500 bonus Achieve $6,000 MRR or in excess of $6,000 – receive a $500 bonus Achieve $7,000 MRR or in excess of $7,000 – receive a $500 bonus Achieve $8,000 MRR or in excess of $8,000 – receive a $1,000 bonusAll set-up/change fees charged and collected will lead to additional compensation to Account Executives in the form of a bonus payment. Account Executives will receive a bonus in the amount of 50% of charged and collected set-up/change fees monthly. Example: charging $1000 in set-up/change fees will lead to $500 in bonuses This can be applied via a cash spiff, or on a monthly compensation
