Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Executive/Outside Sales Professional with Staffing Industry experience to join our Great Partners Personnel team in Miami Lakes, FL.

Responsibilities

• Building a book of business in a booming industry
• Selling and influencing others
• Seeking out new clients and building and maintaining strong, successful relationships
• Leading opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts and account management
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
• Updating and using relevant knowledge
• Making decisions and solving problems
• Getting information

Requirements

• All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates
• High level of networking and communication skills
• Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Staffing Industry experience
• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Strong B2B outside sales experience

• Minimum of 2 years Staffing Industry experience

• Competitive base salary up to $70k - $80k commensurate with experience
