About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Outside Sales Professional with Staffing Industry experience to join our busy Partners Personnel team in Chattanooga, TN!

Responsibilities

  • Building a book of business in a booming industry
  • Selling to new clients and managing existing accounts
  • Leading opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management
  • Communicating effectively with supervisors, peers, clients, and subordinates
  • Maintaining interpersonal relationships and building long-lasting working relationships
  • Understanding margins as they relate to the staffing industry
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Managing a wide open sales territory
  • Receiving uncapped commission and bonuses
  • Accessing car and trip incentives
  • Participating in a competitive benefits package including a 401k with a 4% employer match

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
  • B2B Outside Sales experience required
  • Proven track record in B2B Sales
  • Staffing Industry experience required
  • Skills in all forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates
  • High level of networking and communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Updating and using relevant knowledge
  • Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships

  • Getting information and analyzing it to choose the best solution and solve problems

Benefits

  • Base salary range $60-$75k commensurate with Staffing Industry experience
  • Total compensation determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location
  • Compensation may include overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay
  • Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, vacation pay, sick leave, floating holiday, 401(k) retirement with up to a 4% employer match, and other programs in accordance with applicable law and plan terms
  • Matching 401k - fully vested on day 1

Pay

Competitive base salary range $60-$75k commensurate with Staffing Industry experience, total comp.
